In Eclipse wraps up preview of the new album with the single “Resurgence”

The melodic death metal band In Eclipse has released “Resurgence”, the third and final single before the arrival of their next studio work. The release was made by Art Gates Records and came with an official visualizer.

The new track reflects on the price of humanity's relentless pursuit of progress. According to the band, “Resurgence” portrays a collapsing world, where civilization itself succumbs to the weight of its ambition while nature tries to reclaim lost space.

The composition explores feelings of despair and devastation but also points to the ability to resist destruction. The central message of the song is summarized by the phrase “From the ashes, we rise”, reinforcing the idea of rebirth even after the worst scenarios.

Musically, In Eclipse maintains its proposal of combining the aggressiveness of melodic death metal with striking melodies, dense atmospheres, and emotionally charged passages. The result is an intense track that balances weight and sensitivity without losing the genre's characteristic strength.

The production of “Resurgence” was carried out by Carlos Lozano Quintanilla, guitarist of the band Persefone, known for his technical and detailed work within progressive and extreme metal.

As the third and final single released before the album launch, “Resurgence” serves as a synthesis of In Eclipse's conceptual proposal, concluding the sequence of previews with a message that combines destruction, hope, and reconstruction.
